Estimated cost ; $50,000 to $750,000 The project goes live on April 9, 2021 at 5pm, or earlier. The project includes Elevator Access upgrades and related electrical work, and minor access updates. There will be a pre-bid meeting on site for any interested contractors and/or subcontractors. The built-in questions and answers system within PennBid will be utilized to answer any and all questions on the project, during advertisement. A cashier's check or an acceptable bidder's bond, payable to the City of Williamsport, in an amount of not less than ten (10%) percent of the largest possible total for the bid submitted, must accompany the bid.Bidders may not be on the comptroller general's list of ineligible contractors. The successful bidder will be required to comply with all applicable equal opportunity laws and regulations. The Contractor will be subject to the requirements of Executive Order Nos. 11246 and 11375.This project will require Federal Davis Bacon Wage rates to be paid.These rates are included in the project advertisement . The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularity in the Bids and in the Bidding.
