If authorized in the RFQ and resulting contract, travel and other expense reimbursement will only be reimbursed in accordance with the Clackamas County Travel Reimbursement Policy in effect at the time the expense is incurred. Communication in violation of this restriction may result in rejection of a Quoter. 2.SCOPEThe purpose of this RFQ is to contract with a qualified firm to replace the netting and supporting poles of the Stone Creek Golf Course Driving Range.Site Location: 14603 S Stoneridge Drive, Oregon City, Oregon, 97045Project Estimate: $100,00.00 - $119,000.00 Background: During the 2021 ice and wind storm, the driving range poles and netting were severely damaged. This has reduced the capacity of the driving range, which can only partially serve customers until it is fixed. The existing damaged poles must be removed and new poles will need to be drilled, installed, and safely secured into the ground. This project will take experience in working on a lift 90 feet in the air. Only qualified firms with similar background projects should provide a quote.
