As of February 11, 2022, the solicitation is under evaluation. A firm timeline for construction has not been disclosed. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The South Dakota Department of the Military, on behalf of the South Dakota Army National Guard, Construction and Facilities Management Office, is soliciting Statements of Interest from firms interested in providing professional Architectural and Engineering design services for the 462097 - Correct POV Parking - Sioux Falls Armory project located at 801 West National Guard Dr., Sioux Falls, SD South Dakota 57104. This project will involve site investigative, design development, and bidding services. The project entails expanding the available paved parking area at the northeast entrance of the armory with new concrete and curb and gutter. This will also include removing or adjusting existing features, possible stormsewer, and grading as necessary. Additional services such as construction administration/inspection will be negotiated at a later date should the project proceed to the construction phase. A construction budget has not been determined at this time.
