Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Aztec, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Aztec is requesting sealed bids for Aztec North Main Corridor Extension Construction Services including construction and/or installation of new road, curb, gutter, sidewalk, irrigation system, potable water distribution system, sewage collection system, gas piping, stormwater management system, landscaping and road and sidewalk lighting systems. All work shall be performed in accordance with the contract documents and in particular, the design drawings and the technical and administrative specifications for this project. The City reserves the right to select any combination of services bid. The project is state funded through the NMDOT and as such, must meet NMDOT requirements and is an approved prevailing wage project. The bids received will be considered by the City of Aztec at a regular meeting of the City Commission or at a special meeting of the City Commission as may be required. No bid will be received or considered if received by the Purchasing Office after the hour of 3:00 p.m. (local time) on May 10, 2020. Please note that the City of Aztec, NM is NOT a guaranteed delivery point for any of the various delivery services.
