The City of Lancaster is seeking bids from PennDOT Pre-qualified Prime/Subcontractors for curb and sidewalk repairs, ADA ramp installations, mill/overlay, pavement markings and tree pit preparation/installation. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and is subject to the DavisBacon Act of March 3, 1931, as amended, and wages must be paid by contractors according to the U.S. Labor Department's Wage Decision included in the specifications; provisions of Section 3 of the Housing Act of 1968; the President's Executive Order 11246 or any other order which prohibits discrimination in employment. The Project shall be finally completed within One Hundred and Ninety (190) days of the Notice to Proceed but in no event later than December 31, 2021.
