Site work and paving for a road / highway in Platte, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project consists of: Asphalt Surface Treatment, of various streets in cities of Beresford, Geddes, Kennebec, Kimball, Mt. Vernon, Pickstown, and Platte, South Dakota. The City of: Beresford, Geddes, Kennebec, Kimball, Mt. Vernon, Pickstown and Platte reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and waive any defects therein. Bidder agrees that the Work will be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with 14.07 of the General Conditions on or before September 18, 2021. Bidder accepts the provisions of the Agreement as to liquidated damages in the event of failure to complete the Work within the time or such additional time as may have been granted by approved extensions of time by the Owner, the sum of $450.00 per calendar day
