Renovation of a municipal facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 18,148-square-foot municipal facility.
For anyone who would like additional time on the roof, a non-mandatory site visit has been scheduled for this Wednesday (4/21) between 8:30am-11:30am. They have spread the visit over 3 hours to limit any congestion on the roof as they will limit the amount of people on the roof to 4 at a time. They do ask that any contractor that show up sets up their own ladder access on the loading dock side of the building and removes it when their visit is completed. Work under this Contract consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform to perform the quality roof replacement of the ABC Commission Office Building as shown on the Drawings and as described in the specifications. Bids will be received for a single prime contract. All proposals shall be lump sum.
