The COUNTY reserves the right to reject any questions sent after the Q&A deadline The existing Criminal Justice Centre is comprised of 217,000 square feet spread across five main levels with an underground basement, a new second floor addition and expanded entry vestibule will add approximately 8,000 square feet to the building area, resulting in 225,000 square feet of programmed space. Currently, the Criminal Justice Centre project is undergoing plan review by a private, third-party provider Engineering Consulting Services. The project has already received approval on the site plans from the Development Review Committee under the County's Planning and Development department Seminole County is seeking proposal for Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) to provide preconstruction services, and then build the project thereafter for the Criminal Justice Centre Renovation and Five Points Building System Improvements project. As the County continues to grow and expand in order to address the needs of the surrounding community the existing courthouse is undergoing renovation to consolidate both civil and criminal courts in a single centralized building. The Consultant hereby represents, covenants and warrants, if awarded the Contract, that wage rates and other factual unit costs supporting the compensation provided for in this Contract are accurate, complete and current as of the date of contracting. It is further agreed that the Contract price shall be adjusted to exclude any amounts where the County determines the Contract price was increased due to inaccurate, incomplete or non-current wage rates and other factual unit costs. The County Reserves the Right To Reject All Proposals, Make Multiple Awards (Award to More Than One Vendor), To Waive Formalities, to Re-Solicit and Advertise For New Proposals, or To Cancel the Project in Its Entirety, The county reserves the right to reject the award to any Proposer that fails to provide the insurance as required within the County Award Agreement.
