The CEQA Consulting Services Firm shall provide all required services in a timely manner that will enable the District to demo and remove buildings 1300 and 1500 starting in mid-June The District requests California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Consulting Services Proposals specifically for the demolition and removal of Buildings 1300 and 1500 at the Yuba College Campus. All planning work shall meet all Local, State, and Federal Codes, Regulations, and Ordinances. This Request for Proposal (RFP) requests California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Services from Qualified Firms. The scope of work includes the full and comprehensive development of the following: The CEQA Consulting Services Firm shall provide all required services in a timely manner that will enable the District to demo and remove buildings 1300 and 1500 starting in mid-June. Ability to meet project schedule requirements, complete (if possible) CEQA services by June 15, 2021 (including any required public notice period).
