INVITATION TO BID Sealed bids for a project titled "St. James Farm Roof Replacement WO 03676" will be received at the Forest Preserve District of DuPage County, Facilities Management Field Office, 29W400 Mack Road, West Chicago, IL 60185 until 10:00 a.m. on April 30, 2021. Contractor shall furnish and pay for all required materials, equipment, tools, labor and incidentals, unless otherwise provided in the Contract, and shall include the cost of these items in the prices bid for the several units of Work, as specified. Bids must be accompanied by a 10% bid security. Project shall include the following: All labor, material(s), equipment, mobilization and all other necessary overhead to facilitate the scope of work identified in Specification and Bid Proposal, defined in SECTION 7: Construction Documents. The work involves replacement of identified end of service life roofing components and improvements to specific components of the buildings roofing system.
