Renovation of a mixed-use development in Saint-Hyacinthe, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
Reference number : 1579204 The general scope of work for the Louis-Philippe-Gaucher Stadium changing rooms and restaurant: - Renovation of locker rooms - Relocation of the restaurant - Addition of an elevator - Replacement of the skating rink strips - Replacement of the sign on the main facade - Renovations of the side walls, lower section And, the project includes the following interventions on the main roof, the roofs of the aisles, the canopies, the exit stairs and the side walls: - Demolition of the waterproofing components of these roofs; - Demolition of the eastern canopy (note: the western canopy is already demolished); - Reconstruction of canopies; - New waterproofing and thermal insulation of these roofs; - Anchors, rails and lifelines; - Roof access devices: ladders, stairs, gratings; - Demolition of the exterior cladding of the side walls; - New exterior cladding of the side walls; - Structural repairs to the main roof and the roofs of the aisles; - Temporary dismantling of ventilation equipment and reinstallation - Lighting under canopies The work must be completed before March 31, 2023. Bid bond 10% is required. Performance bond and obligation bond for wages, materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
