Renovation of a municipal facility in Lee, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This contract will require the following scope of work. 1. Vendor shall furnish and install all electrical equipment and labor for the installation of a Generac Proctor Natural Gas liquid -cooled stand by generator, Model #RG048, 48K, 120/208 3-Phase 4 Wire. 2'. Location of the new generator will be outside at the left rear of the building, on the same pad as the existing generator. 3. Installation of a new indoor 400 amp 3-phase 4 Wire automatic transfer switch able to provide standby power within 10 seconds for public safety. 4. Cross wire from existing MDP to transfer and transfer back to the main. 5. Startup of generator and check all sequencing for utility transfer of power. 6. File all necessary permits and schedule with local inspectors as required. The town reserves the right to reject all bids.
