**As of 5/12/2021, the project was not awarded due to nop bids received. This project consists of repaving Pittsfield Charter Township's Lillie Park Parking lot. The parking lot improvements will involve a standard pavement section and a heavy-duty pavement area for high traffic zones to reduce wear. It will also include removing and replacing selected segments of sidewalks, curbs, and curb ramps, as well as bringing all ramps up to ADA code. Along with the re-pavement, the parking lot will be striped and given accessible and van accessible parking near each ramp. Any questions regarding the project shall be brought to the attention of Claire Martin at Stantec Consulting Michigan Inc., in writing at claire.martin@stantec.com. Questions by telephone calls are prohibited. Questions will not be accepted if received less than seven (7) calendar days before the bids are due. No pre-bid walkthrough will be scheduled at this time. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, money order or bid bond, payable to the OWNER, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Proposal, as a Bid Security. The Bid Security of the Bidders under consideration will be returned after approval of the Contract by the OWNER. All others will be returned after the Proposal opening. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Labor and Material Bond, each in the amount of One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Contract. Withdrawal of any Proposal is prohibited for a period of 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The OWNER reserves the right to accept any Proposal, to reject any or all Proposals, and to waive any irregularities in any Proposal, in the interest of the OWNER.
