This project has been awarded to Fortis Construction Inc.. Construction Management/General Contractor (CM/GC) Services various Projects for the Library Bond. The Multnomah County Department of County Assets / Facilities and Property Management, on behalf of Multnomah County Library, is seeking Proposers from whom it may procure Construction Management/General Contractor (CM/GC) Services for the Library Bond Capital Projects (the "Projects"). The intended project delivery vehicle will be a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) process. However, a traditional Design/Bid/Build process may be considered, if deemed to be in the best interest of the County. The awarded CM/GC firms will be expected to work cooperatively with the Owner, A/E Representatives, Owner's Rep and other Trade Partners to assist with constructability of design, to build the Project, and throughout the life of the Project. The projects to be delivered under this program may include, in addition to "traditional" library spaces, the following types of features, based on input from local communities: flexible civic and performance spaces; expanded study space; dedicated teen space; Description video-conferencing facility; library of things; makerspace; audio and video production space; bike and stroller parking; sewing studio; sustainability improvements; space for artists in residence; space for cultural celebrations; demonstration kitchen; and small business incubator Question Submission Close Date 5/2/2021 5:00 PM PDT
