This project consists of the reconstruction of Taxiway A and the connector taxiways to Runway 14-32, including new taxiway edge lights, guidance signs and pavement markings. Engineers Estimate: $8,002,315 QUESTIONS: Every request concerning this project must be made in writing or email addressed to Lance McIntosh, P.E. (lmcintosh@cscos.com) C&S Engineers, Inc., located at 2575 E Camelback Rd, Suite 740, Phoenix, AZ 85016, and to be given consideration must be received at the above address at least seven (7) days prior to the date fixed for opening of bids (May 14, 2021). Any supplemental instructions will be in the form of written addenda, which, when issued, will be sent and or posted not later than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. All addenda so issued shall become Part of the Contract and acknowledged by Bidder. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the Project Number and the bidders name and address clearly indicated on the envelope. All bids must be completed in ink or typewritten on a form to be obtained from the specifications and a complete Invitation for Bid returned along with the offer no later than the time and date cited above. BONDS: Bid Bond: 10% Labor and Material Bond: 100% Faithful Performance Bond: 100% Project Completion Date: 225 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. Lake Havasu City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any part thereof and waive informalities deemed in the best interest of the City.
