The County of Stearns is seeking quotes to provide trail maintenance that includes crack fill sealing, spray injection (air) patching & seal coating. The contractor will be responsible for all materials, labor and equipment to perform this project. This project requires prevailing wages. For the safety and concern of our community, most non-emergency, in-person services are closed. Because alternative means to meet the deadline for submitting your quote are available, personal delivery of the quote to our offices will not be allowed. Quotes submitted in response to this RFQ shall be valid for sixty (60) calendar days. The County of Stearns reserves the right to reject any or all quotes, to waive informalities, to award the contract in whole or in part, and to award to the vendor the County determines is in the County's best interest.
