This project consists of replacing an existing bridge structure on Forest Route 24 (MP 10.0) over the East Fork Black River in Greenlee County, Arizona. The existing 3-span bridge's overall length is 90.0-ft and width (out-out) measures 30.9-ft. The bridge was built in 1962 and sees heavy logging truck traffic. The capacity has deteriorated due to loading and age. The load rating was recently dropped making this a candidate for replacement. The adjacent sections of roadway will also be reconstructed to match a new a raised bridge elevation. The project consists of a single construction schedule (Schedule A).
