The City of Lloydminster's Council Chambers audio-visual systems (AVSYS) are at end of life and require complete replacement. The approach to audio-video design for the Lloydminster Council Chambers (LCC) seeks to build upon the needs and current experience of the City staff, Mayor, Councillors, and citizens. Emphasis has been given to technologies that enhance the City's current methods of meeting, communicating, and providing access to remote participants and viewers.
