Reference Number : 1523764 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2021-09-22 Electronic submission accepted: No Expected duration of the contract (in months): 12 PROJECT TITLE : Replacement of the floor covering of the laundromat and the dishwasher (IM-PB-1372) Establishment : Integrated health and social services center of Monteregie-Est Installation targeted by the work : Pierre-Boucher Hospital, 1333 Boulevard Jacques-Cartier E, Longueuil, QC, J4M 2A5 Work completion time : 20 weeks The Project Manager, Integrated Health and Social Services Center of Monteregie-Est, headquartered at 2750, boulevard Laframboise, Saint-Hyacinthe (Quebec) J2S 4Y8 is requesting bids for the construction work of the project mentioned in the title. Brief description of the work The work covered by this contract and related work includes the replacement of the floor covering in the laundry room at Pierre-Boucher Hospital in Longueuil, including the installation and dismantling of a temporary dishwasher in the kitchen and dismantling a dishwasher and installing a new one in the laundromat. THE TENDERS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A TENDER GUARANTEE ACCORDING TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITION: An amount equivalent to a percentage of the tender price and in the form determined below: o A tender bond issued by a surety and established at amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price , valid for a period of forty-five (45) days from the date the bids are opened. The days and hours of operation of the offices of the public body for the reception of tenders are Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Only contractors with a business office in Quebec are allowed to tender (NB when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, add the following text: "or in a province or territory covered by this agreement") and holding the required license in under the Building Act. A contractor holding a restricted license issued by the Regie du batiment du Quebec or registered in the register of enterprises not eligible for public contracts (RENA) and whose period of ineligibility for public contracts has not ended, is not admitted to submit a bid; these two cases of inadmissibility also apply to the tenderer's subcontractors. Tenderers are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their tender; and must inform them of the conditions they intend to impose on them and ensure that they hold the required permits and licenses. The TENDERER or any Person having an interest within the meaning of the Law may lodge a complaint with the CISSS de la Monteregie-Est in relation to this Call for Tenders. The conditions for opening a complaint as well as the procedure to follow to file a complaint can be found in the Complaints Management Procedure of the CISSS de la Monteregie-Est at the following address: http: //www.santemonteregie.qc .ca / est / documentation / procedure-relating-to-the-reception-and-examination-of-management-related-complaints. By signing the Tender Form, the TENDERER acknowledges that he has read the CISSS Monteregie-Est Complaints Management Procedure and undertakes to respect it. During these visits, representatives of the Project Manager will answer questions from bidders. All bidders, contractors and sub-contractors will be considered to have visited the premises and no claim for lack of knowledge of the premises can be submitted or accepted. The Project Manager does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the bids received. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
