The Morganti Group, Inc. will receive sealed Bids for the Palm Beach County Department of Airports PBI Fire Pump Replacement project located in Palm Beach County, Florida. The Morganti Group, Inc. serves as the Construction Manager for the Department of Airports. This is a Construction Management at Risk project with a Guaranteed Maximum Price. The general scope of work includes but is not limited to: Replacement of two existing fire pumps, electrical infrastructure, concrete equipment pads, miscellaneous painting No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing for receipt of bids for a period of ninety (90) days. The Owner reserves the right to waive technicalities or irregularities that are in the best interest of the Owner or to reject any or all bids.
