Notice Content LEGAL NOTICE INVITATION TO BID The City of Fort Mitchell, Kentucky ("City") will accept sealed bids for the WATCH HILL ROAD IMPROVEMENTS. The improvements consist of the following work: 3,246 SY of 8" Asphalt Pavement, 2,770 LF of Concrete Curb and Gutter, 515 SY of Concrete Driveway Replacement, 675 SY of Concrete Sidewalk and other appurtenances. The bids will be accepted by the City Clerk, 2355 Dixie Highway, Fort Mitchell, Kentucky, 41017 until 11:00 a.m. (local time) on Friday, April 23, 2021. The bids received will be opened and publicly read aloud at that time. Said bids shall be received in a sealed envelope marked "Watch Hill Road Improvements Bid" The Contract Documents may be examined at the following locations between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm (local time), Monday through Friday: at Bayer-Becker Inc. 209 Grandview Drive, Fort Mitchell, Kentucky, 41017 or the City Municipal Offices at 2355 Dixie Highway, Fort Mitchell, Kentucky, 41017. Copies thereof may be obtained at the office of Bayer-Becker upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $50.00 for each set. An additional $10 per set will be charged for mailing plans.
