This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes the previous bid solicitation number 23240-210631/B dated July 08, 2021 with a closing of August 25, 2021 at 14:00 EST. A debrief has been provided to bidders who bid on the previous solicitation. On behalf of Natural Resources Canada - CanmetENERGY, Public Service and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has a requirement for the design, supply and delivery of one electric high pressure inline process heater with a controller for the CanmetENERGY G2 Supercritical CO2 system. The design for the heater must meet the requirements detailed in the attached specification sheets. The complete electric circulation heater package must include: i. heating elements; ii. pressure vessel; iii. flanged process connections; and iv. heater controller. The Contractor must deliver the Electric Circulation Heater and all its related components no later than June 30, 2022. The heater will be delivered at a CanmetENERGY facility within the National Capital Area. Documents can be obtained from https://buyandsell.gc.ca/procurement-data/tenders
