Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Medford, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.
Pavement rehabilitation and pavement maintenance for the fire tanker base at the Rogue Valley International - Medford Airport. Improvements include approximately 15,000 SY of asphalt pavement removal, 5,500 tons of asphalt concrete pavement, 1,400 tons of aggregate base, 2,300 SY of asphalt slurry seal, and drainage improvements. No bid for a construction contract shall be received or considered by Jackson County unless the Bidder is registered with the Construction Contractors Board as required by ORS Chapter 701. Jackson County may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any and all bids upon a finding of the agency that it is in the public interest to do so.
