Description

Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Liberty, Texas. Working plans call for the construction of a 58,000-square-foot medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.

The project scope of work is set forth in the proposal documents. In general, the project consists of constructing an approximate 50,000-58,000 square foot new hospital to be located within a 10-12-acre parcel north of downtown Liberty, Texas at the intersection of Hwy. 146 and FM 1011, and other work indicated in the proposal documents. Proposals received after the closing time will be returned unopened. Respondents shall restrict all contact with owner and direct all questions, in writing, regarding this RFP, including questions regarding terms and conditions, to the Point-of-Contact person: Bob Walker, President and CEO, Walker & Associates, Inc., (512) 501-2160, bwalker@walkerus.com. Liberty County Hospital District No. 1 reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive all defects and irregularities in the proposal process except time of submitting a proposal. The successful offeror, if any, will be the offeror offering the best value for Liberty County Hospital District No. 1 based on the published criteria provided in the proposal documents and on its evaluation in accordance with Chapter 286 of the Texas Health & Safety Code, Chapter 271 of the Texas Local Government Code, and Chapter 2269 of the Texas Government Code.
