Renovation of a municipal facility in Regina, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work consists of a complete tenant fit-up which includes; removal of some existing walls and doors, construction of new walls, install new doors, paint, mechanical, electrical and other renovation work according to the specifications and drawings. No more than two persons from each proponent may attend the walkthrough, and it is expected that anyone meeting the below criteria do not attend the pre-tender site visit: - Showing, feeling or been in contact with someone with cold, flu or COVID-19 symptoms. - Returning/been outside of Canada within the past 14 days. During the Pre-Tender site meeting, it is required that all in attendance will practice proper physical distancing protocol and wear a face mask. No questions are allowed during the walkthrough. Please email your questions to CSConstructionTenders@gov.sk.ca with the subject title "Questions - TED21001 - Third Floor Tenant Improvement" by April 23, 2021, at 3:00 PM Saskatchewan Time. Bidders are advised that the Pre-Tender site meeting will not alleviate the Bidder's responsibility to make itself familiar with the site, as described in Article 11 of the Instructions to Bidders.
