Site work for a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of May 27, 2021, this project has been awarded to Republic Masonry & Fencing, LLC for $188,000.00. The anticipated start date is June 2021 but no completion date yet. Scope of Work of the Contract includes Excavation, Compaction, Grading, and Demolition. Remove and Legally Dispose of Existing 8' high wooden fence and gate Furnish and Install Temporary Fencing During Construction to secure Connect existing house fence into propsoed CMU Fence site Relocate existing WTP 4 Gates to the entrance for WTP 2 Install new sliding gate at WTP 4, complete with automatic gate mechanism. Tie new gate opener into existing gate opening system Replace existing wooden fence on each side of entrance to WTP 2 with new wooden fence of same height and function. Scope of Work of the Contract includes the construction of a Water Treatment Plant No. 2 Fence Replacement, Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 165. Contractor further agreesthat Owner may make such changes and alterations as Owner may see fit in the line, grade, form, dimensions, Plans, Technical Specifications, or materialsfor orscope of the Work herein contemplated, or any part thereof, either before or after the beginning of the construction, without affecting the validity of this Contract and the accompanying Bonds.
