Reference number : 1475259 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2021-04-19 Road works - Rue Principale The Municipality of Saint-Sixte wishes to obtain bids for road works on two sections of rue Principale. The first consists of adding a concrete border of approximately 155 meters between rue Robillard and rue Foucault, as well as correcting the drainage at the intersection of rue Principale with rue Foucault. The second consists of repairing the paving of Principale Street over approximately 370 meters. All tenderers must read and fully comply with the Contract management policy adopted on February 7, 2011 by the Municipality of Saint-Sixte, which is an integral part of the tender documents. The tenderer who will be awarded the contract must carry out the work according to the tender documents produced by the firm Équipe Laurence Inc. dated April 6, 2021, including addenda, if applicable. Any request for additional information must be in writing, in accordance with the requirements of the Notice to Bidders. The Municipality of Saint-Sixte does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the bids received, and it does not incur any responsibility with regard to any of the bidders in the event of rejection of all submissions. Bid bond 10% is required. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
