Remodeling and renovation of a mixed-use development in Joint Base Lewis McChord, Washington. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
Project Description: The objective of this project is for the Contractor to provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to provide electrical service to support the Emergency Operations Center video display system at Madigan Army Medical Center (B09040) and Madigan Annex (B09910) on Joint Base Lewis McChord (JBLM) WA, in accordance with all Federal, State, and Installation codes and laws, to include preparation of a site survey report, project design as discussed below, phasing plan, safety procedures, infection control procedures, standard operating procedures and manufacturer requirements. Work can be completed during normal duty hours unless it impacts facility operations. Any work that impacts the medical centers operations shall be completed after normal duty hours and/or on weekends to minimize impact on the facility. Work will include preparation of walls to mount new displays on, installation and replacement of the electrical circuits, conduit installation, painting, and options for ceilings, fire suppression, HVAC and flooring.
