Site work and new construction of an educational facility in San Marcos, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 10,291-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.

As of June 3, 2024, this project has been completed. The project scope consists of providing an education space for the Department of Theatre and Dance and the School of Journalism and Mass Communication. Major learning program components that the scope will accommodate include a Film Sound Stage, Computer Lab, Television Studio, and a Recording/Mix Studio along with support spaces and storage. The new 10,291 square foot single-story building will house laboratory, support, and public spaces, and features a full-height media concourse that will run east and west through the entire building to interlink these areas. Laboratory spaces of the building will include a film sound stage, computer lab, television studio, and recording studio with a mixing area and isolation booth. Support spaces will consist of faculty offices, staff workstations and MEP areas, and public areas will include a vending area, restrooms, and the aforementioned media concourse.
