Renovation of a recreation facility in St. Albert, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility.

At this time the project team is working through full detailed design services with expected construction being broken into 2 phases (final scopes in phase 1 and phase 2 will be informed through participation by CM in pre-construction based on what is achievable within fixed shutdown period): Phase 1 Scheduled for 16 weeks in 2022 consisting of the following work scopes: Mechanical Upgrades (HVAC Replacement) Fire & Security Protection System Upgrades Natatorium surface preparation and recoating (walls and ceiling) Phase 2 Schedules for Spring/Summer 2024 consisting of the following work scopes: Electrical Upgrades Building Envelope Upgrades (Roof Repairs & Glazing Replacement) Pool System Upgrades Civil Works & Landscape Upgrades Interior Upgrades (Painting of remaining common spaces & Floor Tile throughout (including pool basins) The CM shall add the services of a Construction Manager - General Contractor Services at the commencement of Phase 2. The CM shall participate with the City in the Pre-Construction Phase to assist in matters of cost, constructability, and schedule to provide budget pricing with the assistance of all related major subtrades to a Class 'B' level estimate approaching pre-tender accuracy. The CM will then be engaged to implement and fulfill the construction of the work as Construction Manager/General Contractor. Documents can be obtained from https://stalbert.bidsandtenders.ca/
