Demolition, site work and paving for a civil project in Narol, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; bridge / tunnel; for paving for a road / highway; and for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel.
Three distinct phases include: Phase 1: Demolition and removal of existing bridge structure and replacement with two corrugated steel culverts, new road embankment. Placement of rip rap erosion protection, placement of topsoil, and hydroseeding the side slopes or the new road embankment. At Owner's discretion for Phase 1 of the work. Phase 2: Consists of the remediation of the slope movements along the side slopes of Ludwick Road. This phase includes the lowering of Ludwick Road, installation of rockfill trenches, minor slope regrading and crack sealing, placement of topsoil, and hydroseeding. Phase 3: Consists of hydroseeding the side slopes of various multiple roads within the Rural Municipality of St. Clements. The roads requiring hydroseeding includes portions of Rebeck Road. Depending on bid prices for Phase 3, the Owner my decide to proceed with only a portion of Phase 3 of the work or not to proceed with Phase 3.
