Site work for a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
For: Windfern Forest Utility District Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project (Jacobs Project No. WHXH7008) All required bidding documentation, including but not limited to the Bid Form and Bid Security, are to be submitted via electronically. This project's work consists of the construction of various sanitary sewer rehabilitations, including 75 point repairs, approximately 8,010 linear feet of cured-in-place pipe, approximately 9,210 linear feet of pipe bursting, and all site restoration work associated with said rehabilitations. Site restoration work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, sodding, hydromulch seeding, reinforce concrete sidewalk and driveway replacements, and reinforced concrete roadway replacements. A cashier's check, certified check, or Bid Bond payable to Windfern Forest Utility District in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount bid must accompany each bid. The successful bidder must furnish a Payment and Performance Bond acceptable to the Owner. Windfern Forest Utility District has the right to reject any and all bids.
