Renovation of a multi-residential development in Vineland, New Jersey. Working plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

**As of July 26, 2021, bids were rejected. No definite date for the rebid.** Contractors are invited to submit SEALED BIDS for the bidding of the Kidston and Olivio Towers Exterior Renovations. The work consists of windows replacement at elevator lobby and stair Tower, façade caulking/sealing and selective brick pointing at Kidston Tower; and, replacement of A/C grille, painting of A/C sleeves, complete window and stool replacement at Olivio Tower, located at 1040 and 1044 E Landis Avenue, Vineland, NJ 0360. BIDS ARE INVITED ON A LUMP SUM BASIS FOR THE FOLLOWING PRIME CONTRACTS: Contract 1... General Construction Sealed bid proposals for construction of Kidston and Olivio Towers Exterior Renovations, located at 1040 and 1044 E Landis Avenue, Vineland, NJ 0360, Faxed bids will not be accepted. No award of the contract will be made at the bid opening. Substitution requests must be made in writing by Tuesday, April 27, 2021, 11:00 am, and Requests for Information must be made in writing by Tuesday, April 27, 2021, 11:00 am. Bidding will commence on Wednesday, April 14, 2021. Bidder's proposals must be accompanied by an intent to bond letter stating the single project capacity as well as an aggregate capacity. A surety company satisfactory to the Owner and qualified to do business in New Jersey shall certify each intent to bond. This invitation to bid supersedes any provision of the instruction to Bidders that conflict with the provisions hereof. The non-collusion forms and non-default forms included with the bidding documents must be properly completed and must accompany all bids. All proposals shall be irrevocable for sixty (60) days after bid opening date. SECTION 3 CONTRACTORS can obtain Contract Documents and Bidding Documents in the form of electronic files in "pdf" format on a CD commencing Wednesday, April 14, 2021 from Haley Donovan LLC, 9 Tanner Street, Suite 201, Haddonfield, NJ 08033.
