Agency Wide Servicing of HVAC units The Montgomery Housing Authority (MHA), located in Montgomery, AL is seeking licensed HVAC contractors to provide servicing of all air conditioning systems, PTAC and Heat Pumps, agency wide. MHA has 1,044 public housing units throughout the City of Montgomery. Work times for the project are Monday- Friday from 8:00 am-4:30 pm CST. The contractor is to supply all labor, material and supplies to complete the job. All pay requests are to be reviewed by the Project Manager prior to submission.
