QUESTIONS AND CLARIFICATIONS: All questions and/or requests for clarifications concerning this ITB must be submitted to the Purchasing Division via email to tina.malone@rockdalecountyga.gov or at the above address no later than 2:00 p.m., local time, on Thursday, June 24, 2021. It shall be the Bidders responsibility to seek clarification as early as possible prior to the due date and time. Written responses from the County to the questions it receives will be in an addendum and posted to the County's website under Bid Opportunities. Questions or requests for clarifications received after this deadline will not receive a response. Any questions and/or misunderstandings that may arise from this ITB must be submitted in writing to Meagan Porch at meagan.porch@rockdalecountyga.gov A 5% Bid Bond will be required. A Payment and Performance Bond in the amount of 100% will be required from the awarded vendor. Rockdale County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
