Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of June 2, 2021, the bid tabulation and the award information have not been disclosed. New Hope Public Works Facility Phase 1 Improvements - City Project No. 1039 In general, this Project will consist of renovations to the New Hope Public Works Facility, new Soils Storage Building, replacement of the north half of the existing outdoor storage area pavement, expanded parking at the northwest corner of the site, and new vertical pivot security gates. Alternates will include refurbishing cabinets in the Lunch Room and Kitchen, new vinyl flooring throughout the front of house spaces, translucent wall panels, and new upward acting sectional doors. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids. The Owner reserves the right to retain the deposits of the 3 lowest Bidders for a period not to exceed 60 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids. No Bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and further reserves the right to award the Contract to the best interests of the Owner. The City Council will consider award of a Contract at its regular meeting to be held on Monday, May 10, 2021, in the City of New Hope Council Chambers, 4401 Xylon Avenue North, New Hope, Minnesota 55428.
