Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked with bidder's name, address, date and time of opening, and "RFP 2021-07 for WWTP Spray Field Sand." DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Deliver and spread 200 loads (18 cu/yds each) of clean sand to the PSJ spray field located behind Highland View. Center point 295151N, 851854W. Percolation is key to this project. No dredge spoils, debris or clay will be allowed. Sand will need to be spread under the direction of a City WWTP employee. The City of Port St. Joe reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Statements of Bids in whole or in part, to waive informalities in the process, to obtain new Statements of Bids, or to postpone the opening pursuant to the City's purchasing policies. Each Statement of Bid shall be valid to the City of Port St. Joe for a period of sixty (60) days after the opening.
