Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a civil project in Moncton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The City of Moncton requires the services of a professional, qualified, and experienced contractor to reconstruct a portion of the Bayou Trail in Mapleton Park. The work will involve replacing a bridge as well as upgrading the trail base and its drainage system on a portion of that trail. The project includes, but is not limited to: .1 Installing culverts and drainage work, .2 Repairing and/or raising the trail, .3 Topsoil and hydroseed restoration, .4 Installing erosion control mats, .5 Removing bridge and abutments, .6 Installing new bridge and abutments at a higher elevation, .7 Other work as outlined in the drawings and specifications. All requests for additional information, clarifications, or instructions concerning this Tender must be sent IN WRITING (facsimile or e-mail) and received by the individual named in Article 4.2 no later than TUESDAY, APRIL 27, 2021 @ 3:00 P.M. - ATLANTIC TIME. Tender documents may only be obtained from NBON (www.gnb.ca/tenders), or the City of Moncton's Purchasing Department. Award is subject to final approval
