It is the responsibility of the bidder to meet all requirements of the bid documents. Streets Recurring Special Provision Bidding Requirements and Conditions for Contract Proposals (Check Sheet LRS 6) will be required of all bidders on this proposal. Not less than the prevailing rate of wages as found by the Village or the Department of Labor, or as determined by the Court on Review, shall be paid to all laborers, workmen, and mechanics performing work as indicated in the special provisions to the specifications. The Board of Trustees of the Village of Hanover Park reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any technicalities, discrepancies, or information in the bids. The Village of Hanover Park does not discriminate in admission, access to, treatment, or employment in its programs and activities. All detailed questions concerning the actual bid specifications are to be forwarded in writing via email dshah@hpil.org no less than seven (7) business days prior to the scheduled bid opening date. The work shall include, but not limited to storm sewer installation, pipe underdrains, trench drain, drainage structures (e.g., inlets, catch basin), sidewalk, combination curb & gutter, HMA patching, traffic control, various removal items, and all its included and collateral work necessary to complete the project as describe in the plans and herein.
