If the Bidder fails to furnish the performance bond within seven (7) days after acceptance of the Bidder's Bid, by the Board, the Bid acceptance maybe rescinded, and the Bidder maybe precluded from further Bidding with the Board. The performance Bond must be issued by a surety acceptable to the Board and Licensed by the State of Illinois.
