Renovation of a transportation facility in Levis, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
Replacement of the ventilation systems and relocation of the generator (including the glycol) in the mechanical room. The objective of the project is to replace several air handling units that have become obsolete as well as the implementation of solutions that will both comply with new standards, are more ecological and will allow energy savings. The STLévis also wishes to set up alternative systems that will allow it to free up space in the mechanical room (by rearranging / removing the interior systems in the room towards the roof and moving the generator under the marquise) for the electrification of its fleet of vehicles . It's being considered to use rooftop units and a hybrid VRV system for the administrative section. TIMELINE: Studies have been completed. Construction is not planned. Coverage of this report is discontinued.
