As of August 12, 2024 the project is in the civil design stage. An architect will not be involved. The owner has completed a general contractor bid, but the contract has has not yet been executed and the award has not been disclosed. Construction is expected to begin in September 2024.* *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Milwaukee County Department of Administrative Services is requesting proposals for professional consulting services to design and prepare construction documents for the design of sanitary sewer lift stations upgrading/ replacement at Milwaukee County's Oakwood Park and Oak Creek Parkway.
