The resulting facility will be constructed to a standard designed to support emergency services. The current floorplan includes roughly 14,500 square feet of new construction, housing 12-18 staff, and several apparatus including a ladder truck, a reserve fire engine, a quick response vehicle, and an ambulance. The attached site plan, renderings, and schematic design drawing depict high level concepts to be included in the scope of work (Attachment C).
