The City is seeking seal offers from qualified vendor(s) to provide services identified in the following Groups, on an as-needed basis. (a) Group 1: Plumbing Repair, Rooter, Jetting and Related Services Contractor will be responsible to provide plumbing repairs, maintain internal and external sewer line connections from the airport terminal building(s) to the City sewer service. This includes, but is not limited to, restroom floor drains, restaurant floor drains, all floor sinks, wash sinks/basins, chase plumbing to drops, restroom sinks and traps, urinal lines and traps, mop sink lines and traps, water drinking fountains and traps, grease interceptors, domestic water lines, sewage ejector and storm water pits at the Airports and various surrounding supporting Airports' facilities. (b) Group 2: Backflow Preventer Testing, Maintenance and Repair Related Services The Aviation Department has a total of approximately 800 backflow preventers across the three (3) Airports. Contractor will be responsible to provide on-site testing, annual maintenance, repair and replacement for City owned backflow prevention assemblies and testing of assemblies. Contractor must be a Certified Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester. Contractor employees who will be providing backflow related services under the resultant contract are required to pass and acquire Tester Certification(s). The contract(s) shall commence on or about July 1, 2021 in accordance with the specifications and provisions contained herein. * License Requirement: possess a C-37 - Plumbing license from the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC).
