The City of West Lafayette Redevelopment Commission is requesting Statements of Proposal/Qualifications from interested professionals for financing and Construction Services for the West Lafayette Cason Family Park Project. In accordance with IC 5-23-5, the City of West Lafayette Redevelopment Commission, Indiana (City), invites any and all qualified parties to submit Statements of Proposal/Qualifications, under a public-private partnership, to obtain financing, and construct a public park project, in West Lafayette, Indiana. Questions must be emailed by August 9, 2022 at 4:30 pm (EDT). If clarifications or corrections need to be issued to this RFP, an addendum with questions and responses will be posted to the city website by August 10, 2022 at 4:30 pm (EDT) on the West Lafayette Department of Development page. The Cason Family Project will consist of the development of park amenities which may include restroom facilities, shelters, playgrounds, greenspace, trails, parking, and associated infrastructure. The project shall be constructed on the 27+/- acre site around the existing historic Morris Schoolhouse located on Cumberland Ave near U.S. 231.
