Start date and completion datye has not yet been established.** The Cell 3B Development Project mainly consists of the soil excavation, soil processing and stockpiling, the subgrade preparation, the installation of groundwater and leachate collection systems, and the construction of the proper impermeable and protective layers related to the development of Cell 3B. Note: Bid to be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder for the project as outlined in the project documents. The City of Santa Cruz reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any irregularity or minor defects in any bid (proposal) received. All bidders including their subcontractors are required to be registered with the State of California Department of Industrial Relations.
