Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Brooksville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, and other contract documents may be examined at the following: Plans available for viewing only at Buffalo Trace Area Development District, 201 Government St. #300, Maysville, KY. 41056, and the Mayors office, 101 Frankfort St. Brooksville, KY. 41004. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit his bid security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract. These include Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109 and E.O. 11246. Further, Title VI Minority bidders are encouraged to bid. The City of Brooksville is an equal opportunity employer. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening
