Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Urbandale, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Proposed is the construction of a 2 acre dog park located at the North Plant site, north of the interstate and east of 72nd street. The project would include fencing around the park, separate sections for large and small dogs, dog waste disposal system, and double gated entrance with a shade structure, signage and a drinking fountain. The project would also include a 24 stall parking lot. General Nature of Public Improvement The URBANDALE DOG PARK shall include: Approximately 1,580 SY 7” PCC Pavement Approximately 1,980 LF 6-foot Chain Link Fence Approximately 1,000 CY Topsoil Import Approximately 3,140 CY Class 13 Excavation *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
