**As of June 17, 2022 this project has been cancelled due to the bids came in too high above budget.** Remove existing water source heat pump air conditioning system and replace with new in classroom packaged air handling units and packaged rooftop units. Work will include electrical connections for all new units and new gas piping on roof. Scope includes replacement of all lay-in tile ceilings and complete replacement of all overhead light fixtures. Mechanical Contractor is expected to carry all various trades under their contract including but not limited to Electrical Contractor, Ceiling Contractor, and Structural Contractor.
