A firm timeline for construction has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Awarded to: JT Engineering The Purchasing Division issues this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) on behalf of Waukesha County (Sponsor). The Buyer assigned to this RFQ, along with contact information, is noted on Page 1. The Buyer is the sole point of contact during this process and no information provided by any other personnel will be considered binding. The Sponsor prohibits communication initiated by the respondent to any County official, employee co-representative evaluating or considering the statements of qualifications (SOQ), prior to the time an award has been made. The bridge site is on northbound CTH F (Redford Blvd) over Green Road. This is located 0.5 mile south of STH 190 (Capitol Drive) in Sections 12 & 13, T07N, R19E, City of Pewaukee. The existing bridge (B-67-95) is a three-span haunched slab structure that was constructed in 1966. A concrete overlay was placed on the wearing surface in 1989. The bridge transferred from state to county jurisdiction in 2005. Overall, the slab and superstructure are in fair condition. A 2018 thermal infrared scan of the wearing surface (concrete overlay) indicates 25.5% delamination or debonding. The concrete parapets (railings) exhibit significant cracking, spalling and deterioration. There is some surface spalling on the slab underside near the edges. There is a wide longitudinal crack on slab underside with earlier patches that are failing. The structure sufficiency rating is now 62.6. The 2018 traffic volume on northbound CTH F was 12,750 vehicles per day. Questions Due By 10:00 a.m. CST/CDT on Monday, 4/26/2021. SOQ's will be opened and the name of the respondents read; however, details of each SOQ will not be announced at the time of opening.
